Resumo:
- melhorar o ensino e a aprendizagem das línguas e promover uma ampla diversidade linguística e consciência intercultural;
- reduzir as diferenças na disponibilidade e uso de tecnologia digital e sua utilização no ensino de línguas estrangeiras;
- melhorar a qualidade do trabalho escolar através do desenvolvimento profissional dos professores e troca de experiências pedagógicas;
- preparar as crianças para viver no mundo ao seu redor e fazer as escolhas certas relacionadas à educação e ao trabalho futuros;
- promover a aprendizagem ao longo da vida;
- sensibilizar as crianças para as necessidades das outras pessoas;
- sensibilizar as crianças para o problema da discriminação em várias esferas da vida;
- superar preconceitos e estereótipos predominantes em um determinado país;
- moldar atitudes de empatia para com pessoas com deficiência, diferentes culturas, religiões, género e status social.
